- Correct of page 15 of the RLP - change Spalding to West Point The USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service (Government), currently occupies office space at 451 E. Deere Street in West Point, NE. The Government will be accepting proposals for space from parties interested in leasing up to 4600 rentable sq. ft. to yield 3,650 square feet of BOMA/ANSI quality office space. To be considered, the space must be within 1 mile of the West Point city limits. All utilities, janitor service, snow removal, lawn care, maintenance services, tenant alterations & off-street parking are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. In addition the space must meet the requirements of the Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standard and will not be located in a flood plain. The lease term will be 5 years, with a 5-yr renewal option & include 120-day termination rights. The Government will consider moving costs, alterations, etc. when deciding whether relocation or renewal best fit our needs. Interested parties should submit information concerning their properties to Mgt. Services, USDA, NRCS, 100 Centennial Mall North, Rm 152, Lincoln, NE 68508 by December 15, 2011 or to philip.reimnitz@ne.usda.gov.
