- THIS PROCUREMENT IS RESTRICTED TO SIERRA COATING TECHNOLOGIES, DE PERE, WI The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island, on behalf of DLA Document Services, intends to issue a sole source procurement to Sierra Coating Technologies for the following types of Target Paper: Type I Cut Sheet (24 x 42), qty 20,000 lbs; Type II Cut Sheet (22.5 x 35), qty 110,000 lbs; Type II Cut Sheet (23 x 34.875), qty 50,000 lbs; and Type II Cut Sheet (26.5 x 36.5), qty 16,000 lbs, in accordance with Military Specifications MIL-P-10831B, Amendment 4. This procurement will be issued under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements authorized by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. Offers other than from Sierra Coating Technologies are not solicited. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal no later than the response date. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government, and at the present time, there are no funds or resources to qualify another supplier. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
