- SF1449 and solicitation package. NAICS 562910 - Firing range cleaning and brass abatement at the Border Patrol Sector HQ, 2320 S. Washington, Grand Forks, ND. Contract base period is December 2011 through June 2012 with a 5 month option July 2012 through November 2012. Estimated cost range is $25,000 to $100,000. To be eligible for award, contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. Security clearances are required for all employees working on-site. This procurement is set-aside for small business. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and the attachment. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested with this solicitation.
