Ft. (ABOA): 19,159 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 20,117 Space Type: Office and/or Flex Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 14 Parking Spaces (Surface): 14 Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): Full Term: 10 Year Firm Term: 5 Year Option Term: Additional Requirements: Majority of space to be general office and file storage. Agency will also require build out of a lab with exhaust fan system for examination of small and medium-sized deceased animals, plants, organic material. Several chemicals, in small amounts, to remain onsite at all times—MSDS will be provided. First floor preferred. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
