See FAR 52.209-3 for information concerning the FAT requirement and test report. Offers that do not cite a price for LINE ITEM 9907 shall be evaluated under the assumption that there is no separate charge for the FAT. In the event the FAT requirement is waived, no award will be made for LINE ITEM 9907. I16C08 HAS BEEN CHANGED TO THE FOLLOWING (1) MINIMUM QUANTITY OR DOLLAR AMOUNT: 16 (2) MAXIMUM QUANTITY OR DOLLAR AMOUNT: $649,999.99. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CLAUSE I16C08 REMAINS UNCHANGED.
