- Dyess AFB, TX intends to make a single award purchase for NAF Catering Service at Dyess Air Force Base. The Contracting Officer anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price type contract. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 722320 with a size standard of $7 million. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website, http://www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about 9 November 2011. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon all interested parties to review this website frequently for any updates or amendments to any and all documents. You must register on that site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. You may download the solicitation for review. All prospective offerors submitting a quote must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) located at http://www.ccr.gov and complete the online representation and certification (ORCA) at https://orca.bpn.gov. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dunn & Bradstreet. Quotes must be received by 15 November 2011 at 2:00 p.m. CST by e-mail, fax or by mail. The contracting office for this requirement is the 7th Contracting Squadron, 381 3rd St., Dyess AFB, TX 79607.
