- The purpose of this Sources Sought/Market Research is to identify potential sources capable of providing a Sub-sieve Particle Size Analyzer, NAICS code 334513. The listing of Salient Characteristics to which the analyzer must adhere is attached. The following information is requested from interested sources: 1. Complete and return the attached Salient Characteristics listing, indicating for each line whether your referenced item meets each characteristic. Provide comments for each line as necessary. 2. Provide the name of your referenced item. 3. Provide (a) Name of Company (b) Cage Code (c) Complete Mailing address (d) Point of Contact Name/Phone number/email address Responses are required to be submitted no later than November 18, 2011 to Lorraine Geren, lorraine.geren.civ@mail.mil. Please identify 'Analyzer' in the subject line of your email transmission. This is a market survey for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a Request for Quotation, nor as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market survey or otherwise pay for information solicited. Participation in this effort is strictly voluntary. Please identify any proprietary information submitted. The Government intends to utilize the information received only to develop the acquisition strategy for future requirements. Any information stated above is subject to change.
