- This is a PRE-SOLICITATION notice to inform that the VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York at Syracuse, NY has a need for mobile Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL) services. The contractor will only provide the technical component of the procedures; the professional components of the procedure will be performed VA staff. Services shall be available one day per month between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm. The schedule will consist of four procedures each month. Any additional procedures completed in one day will be at no additional cost to the VA Medical Center. The proposed contract period shall be for a base period, January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012, with four (4) one-year option periods. The proposed contract will be a firm fixed-price contract. Contract performance is subject to award and availability of funds. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 621999 and the size standard is $10.0 million. Solicitation number VA528-11-RP-0235 will be available on or about November 25, 2011 at www.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV.
