- THIS IS A SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEM: JANITORIAL SERVICES, PAYETTE NATIONAL FOREST COUNCIL RANGER DISTRICT OFFICE. SOLICITATION WILL BE IN ABOUT A DAY. The project consists of janitorial services at the Forest Service office located in Council, Idaho, which consist of three building. The Main Office, is a one-story building which was built in 2006. The building consists of approximately 9,995 square feet, of which approximately 7,800 square feet is carpeted. There are three entrances. Council Ranger District Fitness Center building (#1323) is located in the Forest Service Compound west of the office building on E. Whitely Ave. The area to be cleaned is at the south end of the building and consists of two restrooms with water closets, lavatories, and shower facilities and approximately 300 square feet of vinyl-covered flooring and 300 square feet of carpeting. Services are to be performed before the hours of 7:00 am or after 5:30 pm, unless otherwise directed. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals to perform all work necessary as specified herein. Base Year contract time is from January 1, 2012 through December, 31 2012. The Government, at is option, may renew this contract not to exceed four, one-year periods at the same terms and conditions. Option 1 period will be January 1, 2013 through December 31, 2013. Option 2 period will be January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014. Option 3 period will be January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015. Option 4 period will be January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016. NAICS code is 561720. Size Standard: $16.5 Million.
