- Request for Proposal Food Services Notice of Job Walk The Management & Training Corporation, d.b.a. Inland Empire Job Corps Center located at 3173 Kerry Street in San Bernardino, CA. 92407 is currently requesting proposals for conducting the food service operation at this center for our students and staff dining in our cafeteria. In addition to the above, the subcontractor will provide an instructor for the culinary arts program at this center. The students dining in the cafeteria vary from ages 16-24. The subcontractor will provide their management to oversee our staff in preparing food, maintaining the cafeteria, serving meals, and performing other services as required. The subcontractor will manage 12 full time MTC staff. There will be a mandatory job walk November 22nd 2011 at 2:00 P.M. in the main conference room at the above address to answer all questions and to inspect the site where food services will be performed.
