- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) Piccolo II/1320 (Quantity “ 3 each); 2) Assembly, Fuji Magneto Deadman/Tach Interface (Quantity “ 3 each); 3) Aircraft Novatel Integration Kit (Quantity “ 3 each); 4) Magnetometer (Quantity “ 3 each); and 5) Pitot/Static Kit (Quantity “ 3 each). This requirement is sole sourced to Cloud Cap Technology, Inc., 2621 Wasco St., Hoood River, OR 97031 due to unique capability and proprietary data. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
