- This procurement is being performed under FAR 12. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego Contracting Office intends to award a firm fixed price contract to purchase a new turn-key Spherical Near-Field Antenna Measurement System, modular system, including a fully shielded modular anechoic chamber, fire suppression system, and attached operator control room. The applicable NAICS: 334515, business size 500 Employees. It is anticipated that a Request for Proposal will be issued on or about 11/29/2011. This procurement is restricted to small businesses. The Government is seeking proposals for new material only. All specifications and evaluation criteria shall be contained in the RFP. Inspection and acceptance will be at destination by the Government. Standard commercial packaging and marking will be required. Inspection and acceptance shall be at Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) at NAS North Island San Diego CA, 92135. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. All inquires received by the closing date will be reviewed by the government.
