- Atch 3 PP Survey Atch 2 PPI List Atch 1 PWS Contingency Cooks SF 1449 Contingency Cooks Notice to Offerors Offer Due Date/time: 1000 hours, 14 Nov 2011 (Japan Standard Time - JST) The contractor shall provide all personnel and supervision necessary to perform contingency food support services for samura café food and beverage operation at Yokota Air Force Base, Japan. The contractor shall be responsible for employing technically qualified personnel to perform the work specified in this Performance-based Work Statement (PWS). The contractor shall maintain personnel, organization, and administrative control necessary to ensure work delivered meets this PWS.
