- DE Technologies shall complete detailed studies and develop conceptual designs to defeat advanced underwater targets. Three specific warhead shape charge design concepts will be investigated; advanced shaped charge design, tandem shaped charge design, and a tunable warhead design. Each concept will be computationally modeled to develop a conceptual design. Conceptual designs shall be fabricated and tested against representative targets to validate the viability of the technology.
