- The Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Installation Contracting Office at Fort Polk, Louisiana will issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) with intent to award a firm-fixed price 100% HubZone Small Business set-aside, requirements type contract for non-personal custodial services. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, administration, tools, supplies, transportation, labor, equipment, and other items necessary to perform Custodial Services as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) except where specified as Government furnished. Services will be to various buildings and activities located on North and South Fort Polk, Toledo Bend (Lake) Recreation Site (TBRS) and England Air Park Passenger Processing Facility (PPF) in Alexandria, La. The resulting contract will be for a 1 year base period of 1 January 2012 through 31 December 2012 and 2 one-year option periods if exercised. The applicable NAICS code is 561720. Solicitation will be issued on or about 8 November 2011 with offer due date on or about 8 December 2011. The solicitation and any amendments will be posted and available for view and download at: http://www.jrtc-polk.army.mil/doc in addition to ASFI, no paper copies will be issued. Emails are authorized, however faxed quotes are not authorized. Interested parties should review their Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE code), be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) and Online Certification and Representation Application (ORCA). This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract. FAR Part 12 and 13 procedures will be used for this procurement. POC for this action is Kyle L.
