Amendment 0002 is hereby provided to extend the Offer Due Date/Local Time in block 8 on the SF1449 to the new date of Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at 1400EDT. This amendment also requires offerors to insert the value of '100%' in the adjacent space where the Set-Aside notification is listed in block 10 on the SF1449, as per FAR Clause 52.219-27 found on page 18 of the solicitation.
