- DOD Tobyhanna Army Depot has a requirement is for a housing and cover that are part of a Enclosure Power Module Assembly which is used to distribute power to several components of the Blue Force Tracking System. The modules will be aluminum die-cast box, silk screened included and power coated in Fed Green STD 595 B. The total quantity involved will be for 8307 with a 100% option, Firm Fixed Price contract. Production modules will be built IAW Government drawings. The drawings provide specific form, fit and function requirements. No deviations from the drawings are authorized. Drawings will be released with solicitation number W25G1V-12-R-0005. Drawings will only be released to contractors who are International Traffic Arms Regulations (ITAR) certified. Proof of certification must be provided to the Government before drawings will be released. Actual Certification. This acquisition will be pursued in accordance with FAR 15 unrestricted. Request for Proposal (RFP) W25G1V-12-R-0005 will be issued on or about November 23,2011. Actual issues and due dates shall be as established in the solicitation. The RFP will be available for download on the FEDERAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES PAGE. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download the RFP on or after the issue date at the following internet address. https://www.fbo.gov/ At Keyword/Solicitation Number, W25G1V-12-R-0005. And hit SEARCH. The solicitation will be issued electronically only. No paper or disc copies will be issued. It is incumbent upon interested sources periodically access the internet site through closing to obtain any amendments which may be issued. All amendments must be acknowledged in the proposal. Any resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price. All prospective offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of contract with any DOD agency.
