- Solicitation The Domestic Dependent Elementary and Secondary Schools (DDESS) intends to award a sole source, Firm-Fixed price Purchase Order to Putnam-Northern Westchester Boces, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. The National American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 611110; a single award will result from this solicitation. This requirement is for tuition for special education students enrolled at West Point Middle School for School Year 2011 through 2012 that requires a highly structured, multidisciplinary educational setting that addresses the student's comprehensive Individualized Education Program goals recommended by the Case Study Committee, West Point, NY. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond 4 November 2011. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon any responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. Telephonic inquiries will not be accepted.
