- Amendment to Solicitation VA-101-10-RP-0088 This is a re-advertisement. If you have responded to the original advertisement, no response is needed to this ad. VA seeks land to construct outpatient clinic. VA is seeking a site in the Loma Linda, California area (as defined by the below delineated area.) The site must be at least thirty-two (32) acres of developable land. The site must be currently zoned for medical use or the current owner must complete the re-zoning for VA. No portion of the site can be in a flood plain; the site shall be free of structures and any hazardous materials; no easements are allowed over or under the site. The site cannot be located in the flight path of any airport and cannot abut rail lines. Public water, sewer and adequate utilities must be available to the site. Delineated area: North: E. San Bernardino to Marigold Ave to Palmette Ave to Palm Ave to Alabama St to W. Pioneer Ave to Orange St to E. San Bernardino Ave East: Sapphire Ave to 8 St South: E Citrus Ave to Brookside Ave to Barton Rd to Whittier Ave to Lawton Ave West: Anderson St to San Bernardino Fwy to Richardson St A market survey will be conducted of all qualified offered sites.
