- This is NOT an Invitation for Bids (IFB) or Request for Proposals (RFP), but instead is a Request for Information (RFI) and Sources Sought Notice. This RFI is issued for informational and planning purposes only. The information requested will be used within the USACE to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside the agency. Please note that the USACE will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this request for information. This RFI shall not be construed as a formal solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Any information provided to the Government is strictly voluntary and at no cost to the Government. A formal solicitation will be announced separately. At this time, a tentative solicitation issue date is planned for later this year; however, this date is subject to change. Responses to this RFI will be used to identify potential sources and develop an initial list of potential offerors that may elect to participate in a future Request for Proposal (RFP). The attached narrative is only a brief description of the any contractual requirements. Future solicitation will contain specific work descriptions, including quantities and other pertinent information required to submit bids, or proposals. All interest parties are encouraged to review all attachments and submit a complete response by the established deadline. All responses received after established deadline will not be considered.
