- Marine Corps Systems Command is sponsoring an unclassified Marine Corps Training Information Management System (MCTIMS) “ Systems Integrator Pre-Solicitation Conference (Industry Day) on 15 November 2011. The purpose of the event is to provide an overview of the MCTIMS program and to inform industry of program requirements. The General Session will be held on 15 November 2011 at Little Hall, 2034 Barnett Avenue, Quantico, VA 22134, from 8:00 AM to 11:30AM, with check-in from 7:30 AM to 8:00 AM. This announcement is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. Marine Corps Systems Command will not assume liability for costs incurred by an attendee or for travel expenses or marketing efforts; therefore, attendee cost in response to this notice is not considered an allowable direct charge to the Government. We anticipate posting a DRAFT Statement of Objectives (SOO) and possibly other Program information, as an amendment to this message, no later than (NLT) 14 November 2011. Written questions will be accepted at the end of Industry Day, as well as via e-mail to MCSC_ISI@usmc.mil NLT 1:00 PM, 17 November 2011. All questions shall have the subject line śMCTIMS Industry Day Questions ť. Industry Day Registration: This is a no-fee event and seating is limited. Currently there is no limit on the number of attendees from each company; however, that may change based on the number of responses. Attendees are required to pre-register, identifying the following information: Name Email Phone # Citizenship Position within the company they represent Email Registration must be submitted to MCSC_ISI@usmc.mil with the subject line śMCTIMS Industry Day Registration ť NLT 10:00 AM, 14 November 2011. An e-mail confirmation will not be sent, so please ensure to activate a read receipt for confirmation. Please send any questions regarding registration to the above e-mail address. LATE REGISTRATION AND śWALK-IN ť REQUESTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. Attendees must present a CURRENT photo ID (driver ™s license, military ID, company ID or passport) matching the attendee information submitted via the Email Registration to gain entry into the event. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to permit sufficient time for check-in.
