- J&A for Siemens Charging Station The General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) has awarded a sole-source, firm-fixed price contract to Vornado/Charles E. Smith for the purchase and installation of a Siemens Community Multi Level I and II Charging Station in the parking garage of FAS' headquarters building located at 2200 Crystal Drive, Arlington, VA 22202. FAS leases its headquarters building from Vornado/Charles E. Smith. As part of the lease agreement, Vornado/Charles E. Smith is required to maintain the physical facilities, as well as approve and perform all building modifications. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
