- CGC HUDSON FY12 Dock-side Repairs Specification The United States Coast Guard, SFLC-CPD C&P2-IBCT PL, proposes to contract the planned dockside repairs of USCGC HUDSON (WLIC-801), a 160' inland construction tender, home moorage in Miami Beach, FL. All work shall be at the cutter's home moorage during the 28 day availability, period of performance 21 February 2012 through 20 March 2012. Work items include but are not limited to: Clean, inspect, and preserve sewage holding tanks and piping; MDE, SSDG and boiler exhaust piping clean; warping capstan, level 2 inspect and repair; spud overhaul; circuit breakers inspect and test; bridge window ; chill water system general maintenance; and engine exhaust lagging renewal; and temporary services, dockside, home pier. On or about 21 November 2011, a Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available electronically at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. The acquisition will be solicited as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Only certified 100% SDVOSB contractors may submit a quote. The NAICS code assigned to this procurement will be 336611 with a size standard of less than 1,000 employees.
