- Solicitation Solicitation Number: AG-447U-S-12-0001 Notice Type: Solicitation Synopsis: Added: Nov 4, 2011 This is a Request for Proposals which will result in a performance based service contract on Ground Maintenance on the Charlton Recreation Area Sites on the Womble Ranger District. Ouachita National Forests, Arkansas for a base year plus 2 option years. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561720, with a Small Business Size Standard of $15, million. This solicitation will be issued as a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The estimated issue date for the solicitation is Dec 15,2011. Award(s) will be made to the most highly ranked offeror(s) (1) whose total proposal is technically acceptable, has demonstrated past performance in meeting customer satisfaction, and (2) whose past performance and technical/cost relationship presents the BEST VALUE and is the most advantages to the Government. The solicitation, and any amendments, will be made available ONLY at this internet site. Solicitations will not be mailed.
