- Furnish all necessary labor, supervision, transportation,, materials, supplies, and incidentals necessary to clean the Great Plains Dispatch Center located in Rapid City, Pennington County, SD, Black Hills National Forest. Services include the building's interior. The Great Plains Dispatch Center consists of approximately 4,611 square feet of floor area. Approximately 2,981 square feet are carpeted, approximately 500 square feet are grouted tile, approximately 218 square feet are non-grouted tile, and approximately 912 square feet are bare concreted and will not be serviced. Base year service will run from February 1, 2012 through January 31, 2013. This is a base year contract with four option years. The solicitation will be posted on the website by November 18, 2011.
