- The purpose of the amendment is to indefinitely suspend the date the bids are due for the purpose of allowing the Government time to clarify and quantify the bid item requirements to insure all potential bidders know exactly what the Government requires and what each potential contractor is bidding on. Once this information is finalized, an amendment will be issued restablishing a new bid due date which will allow all poetential bidders sufficient time to put together their bid. Base plus four year contract for Ellsworth AFB, SD 16" water line locating services.
