- Description
- The USDA Forest Service, Gifford Pinchot National Forest is soliciting offers for janitorial Services for the Mount Adams Ranger District administrative compound buildings. The compound buildings are located at 2455 Highway 141, Trout Lake, Washington 98650. The contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, equipment, cleaning supplies and incidentals necessary to ensure that custodial services are performed in accordance with the solicitation requirements. The area to be cleaned is approximately 10,860 square feet. A solicitation for this project will be posted to this website on or about November 14, 2011. The contract period of performance will be from date of award (estimated December 12, 2011) to November 30, 2012. The resultant contract will have four one year options which the Government may elect to exercise. If the Government elects to exercise all options, the contract period of performance will end November 30, 2016. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. NAICS code is 561720 size standard is $16.5 million. Offers will be evaluated on price, experience, past performance and other factors. A single contract will be awarded to the offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is the best value to the government. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by the government. In accordance FAR 4.1102(a), prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to award of a contract. Lack of registration in the CCR Database will render an offeror ineligible for award.
