- Description
- The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity (NCO) is issuing a Sources Sought Announcement to determine if there are firms that can provide premium level software and hardware maintenance for the government owned Picon (application name for the National Teleradiology Program/NTP software) PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) and peripherals. The NTP is located at the VA Palo Alto Health Care System, Menlo Park Division, located at 795 Willow Rd., Menlo Park, CA 94025. Presently all indications are such that only one firm can provide this effort due to proprietary information held by this firm, however this sources sought must be posted in accordance with Federal regulations. The NAICS code is 541513 ($25.0 million size standard) and the product service code (PSC) is D301. Any interested firm may send an inquiry to the Contracting Officer at bill.ulibarri@va.gov. Should any firm assert capability, then their qualifications must be reviewed by the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative. This notice expires on November 17, 2011.
