- Industry Day Response Date: 10 November 2011 This Request is to provide notification of an Industry Day. This request is for planning purposes, and does not constitute an invitation for bids, request for proposals, quotes, or an indication that the Government will contract for the items contained in this notice. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with submission of the information being requested or reimburse expenses incurred to interested parties for attending industry day. The Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC), Military Satellite Communications (MILSATCOM), Los Angeles Air Force Base, CA Systems Program Office will host an industry Day on 18 November 2011 for the CCS-C Production and Sustainment Contract (CPASC). The intent of this Industry Day is to discuss future relationships with organic depot capabilities and Statement of Work feedback. There is a limit of 5 representatives per company. Detailed instructions regarding the time, parking, location, visitor badges, agenda, etc. will be sent out via email once we receive your company's RSVP. Starting at 0800, the morning session will consist of Government led briefings, along with a Q&A. In the afternoon, contractors will be given the chance to meet one-on-one with the SPO for 25 minutes; your scheduled time will be provided to you once you RSVP. All briefings will be unclassified For Official Use Only (FOUO). Attendance by small and small disadvantaged businesses is encouraged. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 517919. The small business size standard is $25 Million. Interested companies should RSVP to MCC.CPASC.Workflow@losangeles.af.mil, no later than 10 November 2011. Include in your RSVP: -A list of Attendees (first/last names, organization, and citizenship) -Whether or not you would like to have a one-on-one session with the program office The CCS-C SPO will confirm your invitation to the Industry Day. Along with the confirmation expect to receive all the necessary details for the event to include location, times, parking...etc. All other questions regarding Industry Day should be directed to the POCs below. Disclaimers and Notes The following companies/organizations may be in attendance at the Industry Day general session: Federally Funded R&D Centers (such as The Aerospace Corp, Lincoln Laboratory, and MITRE); Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) contractors (such as BAH, LinQuest, and Tecolote); all are bound by appropriate non-disclosure agreements with the Government.
