- Description
- The North Texas Veterans Health Care System (NTVHCS), VA Medical Center located at 4500 S. Lancaster Rd. Dallas TX 75216 Engineering Department has a requirement for a maintenance contract, for a Philips Gemini PET/CT System. NAICS code 811219 applies with a size standard of 19.0 million. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the NTVHCS intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Philips Medical Systems, 3000 Minuteman Rd. MS 0077 Andover, MA 01810-1032. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. It is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available. A determination not to compete this proposed contract, based upon responses received, will be made entirely at the discretion of the Government. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. All information shall be furnished at a no cost or obligation to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The solicitation due date is October 28, 2011 12:00 p.m. Local Time.
