- Presentation for Question 5.11 and 5.12 DIAMONDS Revised Q&A for HDTRA1-11-R-0037 Change 2_SOW HDTRA1-11-R-0037-0002 The purpose of this amendment is to revise DTRA's response to questions 5.11 and 5.12. These revised responses supersede the responses provided in amendment 1 released on October 13, 2011. In addition, DTRA has revised the Statement of Work to reflect the information provided in response to question 21 and 29 under amendment 1. Finally, DTRA will accept past performance questionnaires that were sent to references prior to the release of amendment. General Notice: Questions on this solicitation were due on October 6, 2011 at 12:00PM (EST). DTRA is addressing these questions because the questions were in relation to a required change to the Statement of Work. Please note DTRA will no longer entertain any questions on this solicitation.
