- The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Dawning Technologies Inc; 8140 College Pky Suite 202, Fort Myers, Fl 33919-5169 to purchase services and support for Jresultnet, Java, Javalin and SNI Software in accordance with FAR 6.302-2 unusual and compelling urgency. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 541511 with a small business size of 25 million dollars. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contracting Officer no later than 10/27/2011 by C.O.B. Responses should be sent to johnny.barton@va.gov. No telephone responses will be accepted. Information received will be for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
