- NSN 5855-01-513-7561, Image Intensifier, IAW L-3 Insight Technology Inc., CAGE 0B107, P/N NVM-001-A3, and Nivisys Industries, LLC, CAGE 3FE87, P/N NVM-001-A3. Unit of issue is Each. Solicitation will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four-one year options. Delivery will be to DLA stock locations New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Required delivery is 30 Days ARO. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 3 EA. Guaranteed minimum applies to the base year only. The estimated annual quantity is 12 EA and the maximum annual quantity is 24 EA. The estimated solicitation issue date is 8 November 2011 and the estimated closing date is 8 December 2011. This solicitation is unrestricted. Progress Payments are not applicable. Surge is not required.
