- The United States Property and Fiscal Office for Michigan intends to award a contract to The Amway Grand Plaza for hotel rooms, Devos Convention Center for conference space and Bluewater Technologies for audio visual requirements. The conference will be in Grand Rapids Michigan with 1200 individuals in attendance. beginning 28-30 October, 2011. The Amway Grand Plaza has agreed to honor per diem rates for hotel rooms and meals. The audio visual and conference room charges are comparable to those of large hotels in the Traverse City and Grand Detroit area. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. Further information can be provided if required. Responses to this intent should be only from hotels able to accommodate this number of individuals as well as be in the lower eastern portion of Michigan.
