- Description
- It is the Government's intent to acquire the design, development, test and evaluation of a proximity fuze, as well as the development of the processes and associated equipment to execute the STINGER SLEP PROX on a sole source basis from Raytheon Missile Systems (RMS). The contract will contain Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee Contract Line Item Numbers for the SLEP effort and Cost-Plus-Incentive Fee for the proximity fuze development with a total of 188,940 hours for period of performance. RMS is the prime contractor and the only source that can perform this requirement in the required timeframe. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which, if timely received, shall be considered by the agency. All requests must be in writing.
