- Attachment A---Please submit pricing on the attached sheet. Please submit an excel version and PDF format. RFQ SOW and Clauses SF1449---MUST submit signed copy along with your quote. This is a combined synopis/solicitation for the USDA, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), National Information Technology Center (NITC), EMC Hardware and Software Maintenance and Disk Retention. Quotes are being solicitated from small business vendors only that can provide all of the EMC maintenance and disk retention listed on the USDA RFQ No. AG-3142-S-12-0003 attachment. No brand substitutions are allowed. Incomplete quotes will not be considered for award. Authorized resellers must bid on all line items and be a certified reseller of EMC. Certification will be verified by EMC. Offerors should provide their best offer, including discounts, as an award may be made without discussions. Award will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offeror. The resulting award will be a firm fixed price contract. Quotes are due no later than Friday, November 4, 2011 at 4:00PM ET to MonicaL.Taylor@dm.usda.gov. All Offerors MUST submit the signed SF1449 along with their quote.
