- On or about 25 October 2011, this office will issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for crane services at the Garrison Project Office in Riverdale, North Dakota. This solicitation will close on 2 November 2011. This solicitation is RESTRICTED TO SMALL BUSINESS PARTICIPATION. Project Description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transporation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform crane services to install stop logs for the Garrison Project Requlatory Tunnel inspection as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
