- A Request for Proposal(RFP) will be issued on an unrestricted basis with Other than Full and Open Competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Unrestricted Procurement. Purchase Request 0024425389, authorizes this procurement. RFP SPM4A511R1821. Contract type is a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. This item is currently sole source to UNISON INDUSTRIES, LLC, CAGE 59501, NSN 2925010368251, EXCITER,IGNITION, in accordance with P/N 10-397550-1. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This material is source controlled to Unison Industries. This solicitation is for a total quantity of 24 EA. The solicitation terms include FOB DEST, Inspection/Acceptance DEST. The delivery location for this procurement is Tracy CA and New Cumberland PA and the delivery requested is 100 days. This requirement is for DLA Direct. This is a Critical Application Item and Configuration Control Applies. Any firm requesting a copy of this RFP will be provided a copy. Progress payments may not be authorized for this procurement. The solicitation issue date is 10/25/11 and closes 11/08/11.
