- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is posting the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the National Inspection and Evidence System (NIES) pilot, RFQ Number: RFQ-DC-11-NIES. This NIES pilot system will integrate field collection, evidence management, data management, and reporting tools to strengthen the Agency's compliance monitoring capability for the Resource Conservation and Recovery (RCRA) Subtitle C Program.
