- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE - THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT'S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD TO ATTELOIR INCORPORATED, 12850 Middlebrook Road, Suite 303 - Germantown, MD 20874 USA. INSCOM Acquisition Center intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract to Atteloir, Inc., on a sole source basis under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy the agency's requirements. INSCOM Acquisition Center intends to procure audiovisual support services on other than full and open competition as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii) -- only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements without unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements. The audiovisual support services will have a period of performance of 01 November 2011 thru 28 January 2012. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this notice by Thursday, 27 October, 2011, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time via email to randy.dreyer@us.army.mil. If no affirmative written response is received, the contract will be issued without further notice. All information received will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
