- NSN 4235-01-308-5150, Sorben Oil, IAW Complete Environmental Products, CAGE 1F5T7, P/N CEP-P100ASTAT-GOV, and New Pig Corp., CAGE 1JA49, P/N MAT214. Unit of issue is Package. Solicitation will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four-one year options. Delivery will be to DLA stock locations New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. Required delivery is 77 Days ARO. The guaranteed minimum quantity is 2400 PG. Guaranteed minimum applies to the base year only. The estimated annual quantity is 9600 PG and the maximum annual quantity is 19,200 PG. The estimated solicitation issue date is 8 November 2011 and the estimated closing date is 8 December 2011. This solicitation is unrestricted. Progress Payments are not applicable. Surge is not required.
