- J & A The Office of Naval Intelligence intends to award a sole-source contract to Vizrt, Inc. to renew software support of Curious World Maps. The requirement is for upgrades and 24 telephone support. The Sole-Source justification is attached. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, information received by 3:30 p.m. EST 07 November 2011 will be reviewed. A determination by the Governmentt not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be accepted.
