SPECIAL NOTICE The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System intends to negotiate a sole source firm fixed price contract with Data Innovations, Inc., 120 Kimball Ave.,Ste 100, South Burlington, VT under the authority of FAR 6.302 -1.The requirements are as follows: Full maintenance and support for the Data Innovations Laboratory Data Management Instrument Manager System. This is not a request for proposal. Parties may identify their interest and capability in response to this requirement in writing only, and must provide clear and concise documentation, indicating an offeror's ability to meet the required service and emailed to Iris.Ramirez@va.gov no later than by close of business @ 4: p.m. on October 28, 2011.
