- Wage Determination (13 June 2011) Appendix A (Equipment List) Appendix C (Safety) Performance Work Statement Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Oklahoma City-Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC/PKEA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma, intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract with a basic period of performance of 01 Dec 2011 - 30 Nov 2012 for the Canon Production Scanners requirement. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) FA8125-12-Q-0002. Contractor is required to sign this document and return 1 copy to issuing office. Contractor agrees to furnish and deliver all items set forth or otherwise identified above and on any additional sheets subject to the terms and conditions specified herein. Proposal Submission Information: Proposals are due by 14 Nov 2011, 4:00 PM, Tinker AFB OK Central Standard Time (CST). The responsible offerors must be registered in the Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) database (available at: http://orca.bpn.gov/) system per FAR 52.212-3, and submit a completed copy of the Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items with their proposal. Offerors must also be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (available at: www.ccr.gov) per FAR 52.212-1. Lack of registration in CCR will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. All responsible sources may submit a proposal in response to this solicitation, which shall be considered. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), for a firm fixed type commercial contract. The Oklahoma City-Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC/PKEA) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma intends to issue a competitive contract for the Canon Production Scanners requirement. Clauses 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 provide instructions for submitting proposals and the evaluation criteria to be used in the evaluation of offers.
