- Section 3.01 of GSA Lease form L201B AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS: 3.01 WORK PERFORMANCE (APR 2011) All work in performance of this lease shall be done by skilled workers or mechanics and shall be acceptable to the contracting officer. The Lease Contracting Officer retains the right to reject the Lessor's workers 1) if such are either unlicensed, unskilled, or otherwise incompetent, or 2) if such have demonstrated a history of either untimely or otherwise unacceptable performance in connection with work carried out in conjunction with either this contract or other government or private contracts. A. LABOR STANDARDS (APR 2011) If the Lessor proposes to satisfy the requirements of this Lease through the construction of a new building or the complete rehabilitation or reconstruction of an existing building, and the Government will be the sole or predominant tenant such that any other use of the building will be functionally or quantitatively incidental to the Government's use and occupancy, the following FAR clauses shall apply to all work (including base building and TIs) performed prior to the Government's acceptance of space as substantially complete.
