- Synopsis Description The 42nd Contracting Squadron, 50 LeMay Plaza South, Bldg 804, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112 will issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Item Number 0001: Video Teleconference (VTC) Bridge (100) Ports capable of full HD (1080P) as well as any resolution (720P/480P/480i) Item Number 0002: Master Control Console Item 0003: Installation and Integration. Option year one Item 1001: Software and License Support and Option year two Item 2001: Software and License Support. This will be a Firm-Fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334310 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. The solicitation will be available on the FedBizOpps (FBO) website at http://www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about 04 Nov 2011. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. IMPORTANT NOTES: It is the responsibility of each offeror to ensure that NAICS 334310 is added to your Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. All prospective Offerors interested in submitting a proposal must have a Commercial and Government Entity code (CAGE). All offerors responding to the solicitation must be registered with the CCR, which can be accomplished via the web @ http://www.ccr.gov., Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) database @ http://www.wawf.eb.mil, AND Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://www.bpn.gov. Vendors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration are ineligible for award.
