- Description
- This acquisition has been offered to the Small Business Administration (SBA) under the 8(a) Small Business Program as an intended sole-source to Hawaii Resource Group. This action for other than full and open competition is made in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5), and FAR 6.302-5 Authorized or Required by Statute. This contract will provide charter services of one (1) Jones Act Compliant, U.S Flag vessel required to support the Joint Base Hickam, Pearl Harbor HI. The Contractor will be responsible for a vessel to support in port and offshore personnel and supply transfers up to a distance of fifty (50) nautical miles (NM) from Joint Base Hickam. This contract will include an 8-month firm period with four (4) one-year options. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
