- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE REFUSE COLLECTION SERVICES CONTRACT CHOUTEAU / NEWT GRAHAM, OK, OKLAHOMA SOLICITATION NO.: W912BV-12-T-0009 Title: REFUSE COLLECTION SERVICES FT GIBSON LAKE OKLAHOMA The Tulsa District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has a requirement to provide labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, and supplies to perform refuse collection at designated areas of Chouteau Lock and Dam Pool 17 and Newt Graham Lock and Dam Pool 18, McClellan Kerr Navigation Channel. The Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be issued on or about 7 November 2011 and will not be available in paper format or on compact disc. Interested offerors may view and/or download the RFQ and all Amendments ONLY from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at the following internet address: www.fbo.gov. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FBO website (using the above link) for changes, announcements, or Amendments to the RFQ. The current anticipated quote due date is 7 December 2011. The specific due date, time, and location for quote submission will be identified in the RFQ. Unless specifically requested or authorized by Amendment, no corrections and/or changes to quotes will be allowed after the submission date and time. THIS ACQUISITION SHALL BE COMPETED AS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 562111 with a Small Business Size Standard (as identified by the U.S. Small Business Administration) of $12,500,000. One contract resulting from the RFQ will be awarded to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the requirements of the solicitation and whose pricing is the most advantageous to the Government. The Firm-Fixed-Price contract will be awarded for a Base Year plus Four (4) Option Years. The reporting date will be stated in the solicitation. OFFERORS ARE REMINDED TO CAREFULLY READ NOT ONLY THE GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK, BUT ALSO THE SITE-SPECIFIC SCOPES OF WORK. Use of Federal Business Opportunities website requires prior registration in both the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and the Federal Business Opportunities databases. You may register with CCR at http://ccr.gov/. Once you've completed the CCR registration, you may register in FBO at www.fbo.gov.
