- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Belvoir, Virginia is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Combined Synopsis/Solicitation; W91QV1-12-T-0005; is for the purchase of CLIN 0001 - 1 each of WebTrends Analytics 8 Std Pkg. Premium Care Maintenance (75 Million Page Views); CLIN 0002 - 1 each of WebTrends Standard Pkg Premium Care Maintenance(50 Million Page Views); CLIN 0003 - 1 each of WebTrends Standard Pkg PRemium Care Maintenance(20 Million Page Views); CLIN 0004 - 1 each of WebTrends Standard Pkg. Add on Premium Care (5 Million Page Views); CLIN 0005 - 1 each of WebTrends Analytics 8 Std. Pkg. Premium Care (50 Million Page Views); CLIN 0006 - 1 each of WebTrends Analytics 8 Std. Pkg. Premium Care (100 Million Page Views). Period of performance is November 16, 2011 through November 15, 2011, Subject to Availability of Fiscal Year 2012 Funds. This is a firm fixed price contract and shall be 100% Competitive Small Business Set Aside. All Small Business responsible sources may submit a quote.
