This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as applicable, and as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number DOC-52-PAPT-12-00013 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53, effective on August 4,2011. This is a total small business set-aside and the associated NAICS code is 517919 Broadband Internet Service. The incumbent contractor is: T S R Incorporated, 2005 Hummel Ave, Camp Hill, PA 17011-5945. The prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The Offeror must meet the requirements as detailed in the attached RFQ for Broadband Internet Services.
